A public consultation on managing the overlapping habitats and conservation efforts for left-sided (clockwise) and right-sided (anticlockwise) Wild Haggis in the Scottish Highlands.
For centuries, the delicate balance of the Scottish Highlands has been maintained by the distinct territorial grazing of the Haggis scoticus. However, recent shifts in mountain topography have caused the habitats of the left-sided (clockwise-running) and right-sided (anticlockwise-running) haggis to overlap. This has led to an increase in head-on collisions, tumbling accidents, and severe cross-breeding challenges.
